How long does a typical GHL build take?

Quick Setup: 48 hours. Growth Build: 5–7 business days. Full System: 10–14 business days. For retainer clients, new automation requests are turned around in 24–48 hours, and full builds in 5–7 days on Starter and Growth retainers, or 3–5 days on Premium. These are our standard commitments and we hold ourselves to them.

Can I start with a one-time build and move to a retainer later?

Yes, and many agency partners do exactly this. Start with a Quick Setup or Growth Build to test the partnership. If you have ongoing GHL work, moving to a monthly retainer within 30 days earns you a $100 credit toward your first month. There is no lock-in at any stage.

What happens if the client is not happy with the build?

We revise until you are satisfied, on every build, every tier. On one-time projects, we do not raise an invoice until you have approved the deliverables. On retainer, if after the first 30 days you feel the partnership is not delivering value, we refund the first month in full.

Do you build inside the client's own GHL account or my agency account?

Most agencies run client subaccounts inside their own GHL Unlimited or Pro account. We build inside whatever structure you use. If your client has their own standalone GHL account, we can work inside that too. We just need admin access. The approach is flexible and agreed during the brief.

Can you fix or extend a GHL account that was already partially set up?

If you want to add a new automation that was not in the original scope, that is a new request and is handled as part of your retainer capacity or scoped separately on a one-time build. Is there a minimum commitment or lock-in period on the monthly retainer?

What is post-pay and how does it work on one-time builds?

Post-pay means Hunka does not invoice until the work is delivered and you have approved it. For one-time builds under $2,000, the invoice is raised after you confirm the deliverables meet the agreed brief. You see the work before you pay for it. For builds over $2,000 (Growth Build and Full System), the payment is split into milestones: 50% on written scope approval before work starts, and 50% on delivery and sign-off. The scope document is agreed by both parties before any work begins. This protects both sides: you know exactly what you are getting before committing fully, and Hunka has written confirmation of the agreed scope before starting.

What does the 14-day money-back guarantee actually cover?

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first billing period of a monthly retainer only. If, within the first 30 days of your retainer, you feel the partnership is not delivering value, you can request a full refund of the first month's fee. No questions asked, no conditions, no partial refund. The guarantee applies to the first month only. It is not a rolling guarantee. It exists to remove the risk of starting a new partnership. After the first month, the retainer continues month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time, but without a money-back provision. How do I know the quality will be good enough to present to my client?

Three things. First, every Hunka project has a senior account manager who owns the outcome, not a junior or a VA. Second, nothing is delivered to you without internal QA.
