Yes, and this is actually the recommended approach for most clients. Starting with Zoho CRM gets the client a working, properly configured sales system within 1-2 weeks. Upgrading to Zoho One later means adding apps (Books, Desk, Projects) on top of a CRM foundation that is already working well. The alternative, trying to implement all Zoho One apps at once from day one, is where implementations fail or drag on for months.
