THE BACKGROUND

From 2007 to 2015, Akshay Hunka ran Hunka Tech, a multi-service technology company delivering web, mobile, CRM, and automation projects for US-based clients from an India delivery base. Not a freelancer. Not a small agency. A structured delivery operation with a US client base and an India team that could execute.

After Hunka Tech, Akshay founded FabMyTrip, a travel company where he personally built and operated the full technology and marketing stack. Zoho CRM for lead management. WhatsApp automation for instant response. Google and Meta ad campaigns. A chatbot for 24/7 enquiry handling. An MERN stack website on AWS. All built and managed in-house, by him, for a company he ran.

That experience, being the business owner who needed these systems to work and not just the consultant who configured them, is what Hunka brings to every agency partnership. We have been on both sides of this. We know what a good implementation looks like and what a broken one costs.

Hunka.io is the formal version of what we have always done: deliver technology under someone else's brand. Now it has a name, a website, and a clear focus: US agencies that need delivery capacity they do not have in-house.

2007

Hunka Tech Founded

Multi-service technology delivery company launched. US clients. India delivery base. Web, mobile, and CRM projects.

2010

US Client Base Established

Consistent delivery for US-based businesses across web development, software, and CRM implementation.

2015

Hunka Tech Concluded

After eight years of delivery, Akshay pivoted to founding and operating his own businesses.

2018

FabMyTrip Founded

Travel company built from scratch. Full CRM, automation, ad stack, and website built and operated personally by Akshay.

2024

FabMyTrip Concluded

After six years, Akshay returned to technology delivery, this time with direct experience as both builder and business owner.

2025

Hunka.io Launched

The formal version of what we have always done. White-label digital delivery for US agencies. Under your brand. Senior-led. No lock-in.

Not a freelancer marketplace

Every project has a named senior account manager who owns the outcome. Not a pool of anonymous contractors. Not whoever is available that week.

Not a generalist outsourcing firm

Hunka specialises in digital delivery for agencies: CRM, AI, web, mobile, and marketing. We are not a general outsourcing vendor. We do specific things well.

Not a direct-to-business agency

We do not compete with our agency partners for clients. We never approach your clients directly. We exist to make your agency stronger, not to replace it.

Not a cheap offshore shop

We have a US-based account management team. Every project is senior-led. We charge fairly. We tell you if something is outside our scope. We are not the cheapest option and we do not pretend to be.
